I see you've created two Author Pages (Darlene Marshall and DARLENE MARSHALL). Please consolidate the two pages so that there is only one author Page = Darlene Marshall. You can add a redirect from DARLENE MARSHALL to Darlene Marshall if you would like, but there should not be two author pages as it makes it confusing if someone else were to come along and try to add information and not know that there are two.
