This Pocket Books imprint - later First Love from Silhouette) - was geared toward the Young Adult market. The initial First Love book was published October 1981. Its final book was published May 1987, when Silhouette's young adult line changed to Silhouette Crosswinds.

In the UK #1 to #46 of the series was published from April 1983 on by Hodder & Stoughton. The line was discontinued when Harlequin Enterprises Limited bought Silhouette in 1984.
