But he sees that "Jane" has now become "Harley" -- she has bought an electric guitar, dresses in black and sexy styles and has begun to write some music. When they talk she asks for just a few days more of freedom, and he agrees to postpone delivering her to her manager if he can convince his father that he has not, once again, messed up the case. The book includes a diamond heist, the French mob, as well as money laundering. It is a good thing that both Harley and Duncan learn something about themselves, and decide that being together is a good thing too. | |
