Books numbered 3683 through 3730 were published as Harlequin Romance titles in 2002. Continuing the trend toward hooks that were perceived to be reader favorites, such themes such as brides, babies, and virgins -- in all their infinite variety -- continued to dominate the titles and stories on the shelves. In many ways, it was difficult to differentiate Harlequin Romance books from those published under the Harlequin American Romance and even Harlequin Superromance imprints as a sameness seemed to be reflected on the books' covers and titles.
