Diana Palmer is a pen name of Susan Spaeth Kyle. Her first book as Diana Palmer, Bound By A Promise, was was published in 1979 in the MacFadden Romance line. Since then she has written over 100 novels - mostly category romances for Silhouette, but also historicals for Ivy and contemporary romances for Mira and HQN - and has been the recipient of many industry awards.

Her novel Diamond Girl was turned into a television movie in 1998.
