Foreign Affairs was a collection of sun-kissed seductions by Mills & Boon. To enjoy romance around the world, 12 themed books of two reissued titles of various Mills & Boon imprints were released each month form October 2001 to September 2002.

Harlequin Mills & Boon published part of the series in Australia under the name Passport to Love with a different cover and numbering from August 2008 to January 2009.
